1001 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and terms of use for the 1001 platform that apply to all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. 1001 reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1001 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 1001's services.
Acceptance of these terms is complete and unconditional. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
The 1001 platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia. Accounts registered with false information or by users who do not meet the age requirement will be terminated without prior notice.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1001 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any credit balance.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration.
- Your account password is your sole responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
- 1001 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any third-party platform.
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to us immediately via email at [email protected].
- 1001 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure account security and regulatory compliance.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 1001 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1001 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers, GrabPay, DuitNow, and other approved digital payment options.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to change and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the respective payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within standard business hours. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
- 1001 reserves the right to withhold any payment pending a fraud investigation or breach of terms.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are entirely your own responsibility.
Users are required to ensure that their registered bank account details are accurate and up to date. 1001 is not responsible for payment delays or failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All users of the 1001 platform are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Any violations may result in account suspension or termination.
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the 1001 platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. Any such discoveries must be reported to 1001 immediately.
- Users are prohibited from attempting to abuse the promotions or bonus system in any dishonest manner.
- Use of the platform must be for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any third-party commercial interest.
1001 reserves the right to take action against any account suspected of violating these rules, including the temporary freezing of funds while an investigation is ongoing.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
1001 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including financial losses resulting from technical service disruptions, display errors, or system delays.
The 1001 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or third-party security breaches.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1001 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 1001. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 1001.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 1001 platform may contain links to third-party websites. 1001 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
1001 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.
